Our Association

For the last eleven years we have worked with determination to change the lives of young people with multiple disabilities.
The families of people with multiple handicaps face many problems, especially lack of respect and the absence of special education facilities.
Rabbi Elmkayes decided to create a medical-educative center for the multiply handicapped in the eleventh "arrondissement" of Paris.
The soon to be opened Raphael Center will be available to 32 people aged 10 to 20 and will function as both a residential and day school. It is the result of eleven years of work by a team of determined volunteers aided by celebrities and qualified medical practitioners.
